Subsidized Rent Vouchers Go Unused

The Los Angeles Times reports that rents have soared above federal voucher caps, $1,150 for one bedroom units and $1,500 for two bedroom units.  With the county vacancy rate only at 2.7%, voucher holders can't find apartments.  Full story
